I printed all of the parts in PLA. The ghost eyes do fit into the openings, although it is a tight fit. I have these hanging on my classroom door and even though it is constantly being opened and closed, I have not have any of the eyes fall out yet.
Full size, the ghosts and Pacman are about 175mm x 190mm.
