This is the result of the “3D Modeling in Fusion 360” course from Prusa Academy. I had previously written the wheel in openscad, which you can find here:

The uploaded files are made for my Wolf A4600 Lawnmower. This one is 170mm diameter and 12mm axle mount.
Assembly ist straightforward. Grab a 17 Nut Bit, release the nut and swap the wheel.
If youre not sure that the printed part will fit to the desired mounting, make use of the test part Shape-Cylinder.3mf. You can modify the negative volume to fit the measured part.
This test part is also suitable as a spacer. Place the spacer on axle, place the wheel and when necessary, another spacer before you fasten the nut.
This replacement wheel can also be used for whatever purpose you have in mind. It is optimized for printing time and stability. Initially i designed this for my lawnmower. My neighbor asked me if this would fit on his barbecue, so i made this parametric.
It can be scaled to any desired size, making it an ideal solution for a variety of applications.
The printed version of the wheel, which has been mounted on a lawnmower for over a year, attests to the stability and robustness of the design. Despite the stresses and wear that a lawnmower is subjected to, the wheel has maintained its shape and function.
In the Design Workspace go to Modify → Change Parameters.
I also added the Fusion file, so feel free to remix, share and print.
