I had a need to organise a mess of coffee capsules and had a little space on the tiled wall behind my Nespresso machine, so I threw together this simple rack to store them.

Pods can be stacked in an alternating facing so that you can fit more pods in, and will get held up at the bottom so that they don't all spill out. Print multiple columns and connect them together to extend the height of the tower, but note that 2 is optimal, while a taller arrangement could see the weight of the capsules forcing them to roll out at the bottom!  The connections should end up being a reasonably tight fit, however, a small dab of CA glue on the tabs will hold things together if you do end up with a loose fitting

This model will need supports to print.  I find that tree supports break away the cleanest from the curved dispenser part of the model, however, for the column a snug standard support will be the least wasteful, and it is so satisfying to pop out the supports from the holes. Thankfully, OrcaSlicer allows different print settings for each object on the build plate, so you can easily do both.

Also recommended is to use paint on supports to tell your slicer to not support the slots on the underside of the models, as it isn't needed there and will save you needing to dig out a fused support if you haven't dialed in all of your settings.

Use double sided tape to stick this to a flat vertical surface, leaving enough space above to fill the rack.
