This is the fourth iteration of this design. the hook seam to be strong enough, i have one who is in place since one year.
I get better result using PETG, ABS works to. Print with layer height of 0.25 and 5 perimeters, without any support.
Print it flat on the larger face. to ease the insertion warm up a bit if necessary.
