A remix of DanPDK's Quick Change Paper Towel Holder to allow it to be be mounted under an overhang such as a cabinet.
You just need to cut some ¾" schedule 40 PVC or a wooden dowel to fit your paper towel. You will also need 4 screws of your choice to mount the brackets.
Like the original, this design also allows the use of the extra wide rolls of paper towel from Costco.
