I saw a few capes but none that had wave-like texture, easy print that was not TPU, and could be multi-purpose for different occasions.
Cape is loose fitting around the neck cylinder for slight modifications based on your accessories.

The Z height is approx 200mm so you may have to cut the length down on smaller printers. Do not scale as this will shrink the neck hole size and make it too small!
