It's an endless battle, But with my knowledge and 3D Printing, the battle is won.
This is an awesome tag that was made to retaliate to all of the annoying peers in my year group by calling them stupid without them knowing because they don't understand. This is design for V2 as there were many flaws in V1.
The first thing I changed was the hook angle. The first one was at the top, making it weak, so I moved it to the corners for more strength! the great thing about this is that if one of them breaks, you can move it to another!
Another thing I changed was the letter sizing. I originally made each color 3 layers, which proved it made the letters weaker., so through testing I made them 1 layer with ironing to fill the gaps. As seen here, one of the kids removed the “H” making it spell “Butt.”
When printing, you want to put a pause print on each layer of the text. Depending on the filament you use, some may appear as transparent at one layer thick, so be weary.
Filament: Red = Silk PLA, White = PLA+, Black = Pla+
