Didn't like the round cheap metal housing for my headlight that I bought so I decided to make my own design.
The housing is made from three printed parts sandwiching the LED light and lens together. You will also need some kind of fork mount for headlights and a battery +switch to complete the build.
The backplate is mainly for ease of printing and serves no real purpose other than the hole for the cable, the electronics are inserted from the front after the fork mounts has been screwed in place.

*Generic headlight: I bought this
(altought it required some sanding of the lens to make it fit since it wasn't completely circular).
*Fork mount for headlights
*12V battery
*8x M3x10 mm bolts
*6x M3x16 mm bolts
*14x M3 brass heat inserts
*Handlebar switch
Hopefully fits more lights like mine but there's no guaranty, feel free to remix and adapt the design to suit your needs.
