Pokeball -1 - Single -piece model drawn at Ø2.25". Example above was printed in TPU with 2 walls and 10% infill with a brim. 0.4mm nozzle & 0.2mm layer height. It weighs about 10g.
There's a flat on the bottom to facilitate printing. If you have a problem with bed adhesion, you can add a brim or move the model down by 1.0mm to increase the amount of flat space.
Pokeball-2 - Multi-piece construction for printing in different colors and gluing or press-fitting together. Each file is labeled with the color it should be printed in. You need 1 of each piece. The top and bottom are the same. The center pin is optional, but should provide a better fit if you're having problems.
Clear gorilla CA glue normally works well with PLA.
I printed with a variable layer height of 0.17-0.25mm on a 0.4mm nozzle. 2 walls and 10% infill makes the total part about 35g and take 4 hours total. For aethetics, changing your top/bottom pattern to concentric helps break up any lines.
Print the top & bottom parts with support. The other parts shouldn't need any support.
