I had some TPU and no Sorbothane so I created some simple models to work with your design and the design that mentioned the larger pads. It really quieted the machine.
I printed them with 0 infill and tried both 3 shells and 5 shells. I liked the 3 shells better since it had a bit more spring to it. (I'm no material scientist so I'm not sure if more or less give is better for this application.)
Printed with Amazon Basics Red TPU.

20mm speed on every settings.
235c first layer, 225c other layers.
