Print:
Layer height: 0.3
Infill rim: 15%
Infill holder: 15-50% (or make a modifier at the tab for extra strenght 100%)
If the rim is to big for your printer bed just cut it into smaller pieces in your preferred stl editing software and print it in smaller pieces.
Download and print the electronic housing from the original design.
Assembly:
Glue the parts together making it one bottom piece and one top rim piece.
Put the power cord (5 mm) in it's place.
Glue both pieces together with the cord in the cable slot.
