Created some mounts for 90mm PVC pipe. Used to mount the pipe to the side of the house and verandah posts.
Uses 3/16 inch x 18mm Mushroom head bolts and square nuts. Mount holes for attaching to verandah posts are for 8G Screws or a head around 10mm-11mm in diameter.
The mount is in 3 parts consisting of the mount, Bracket Part A and Bracket Part B.
This allows me to make different mounts for various situations. There is one for corrugated iron (custom orb).
The mount screws to the house or post. Then you attach Part A to the mount with a bolt and square nut. The pipe is secured using Part B and 2 bolts and nuts.
Printing: I printed the mount with a 0.4mm nozzle and 0.2mm layer height.
