This gear is an 18 tooth gear made to replace the stock gear used by EPSON with their Cinema Filter on some of their projectors. The stock gear will often wear out and the teeth will disintegrate over time. I made this gear thicker than the original and so it should last longer. I recommend printing with ABS, if possible, due to the high temperatures within the projector.
The center hole where the motor shaft goes has a larger diameter on one side to accommodate the thicker gear. The larger diameter side should be placed down on the motor so that the gear sits slightly lower than the original.
This gear was built for the EPSON Home Cinema 4010 but should also work with the 5010, 6010, 5040 (5040UB), 6040 (6040UB) and other similar EPSON projectors that use a Cinema Filter.
