These things are tough. They've survived several rolls down rocky trails.
There is a small curve on the bottom to fit on top of the GT fender delete.
This means you'll need tree supports along the bottom. Remove them with a razor blade and a small mallet. Then some light sanding and they will fit perfectly.
Print with:
- PETG
- 6 walls
- 4 top layers
- 25% infill
- tree supports
note: these work fine in PLA as well, so long as you are in colder temperatures. I was using a black PLA print of an early version of this in August in 100º heat, and I stepped right through it like it was made of Play-Doh.
