I don't have Fusion360 but DID want to be able to make a stand for any size photo, so here it is.
This is a quick printing parametric photo stand. The default STL I provided is for a 2.5x3.5 inch photo. To customize, download FreeCAD and the .fcstd file, and edit the values in the spreadsheet embedded in the FreeCAD file.
