Caravan Crank Handle

This is a handle for a hand crank of a caravan, as shown in the last picture above. The pre-assembled plastic handle does turn with the crank, which makes the crank difficult to operate. The handle I designed sits looser on the rod and the rod can turn without the handle moving. My handle is 10 cm long and has a hole diameter of 12mm or 14mm depending on the version. I have printed the handle with ASA. The handle is placed around the rod and screwed with four M3*6 screws. Before this, four M3 threaded inserts must be melted into one part.

(deutsch) Es handelt sich um einen Griff für eine Handkurbel eines Wohnwagens, wie er auf dem letzten Bild oben zu sehen ist. Der vormontierte Kunststoffgriff dreht sich mit der Stange, wodurch die Kurbel schwer zu bedienen ist. Der von mir entworfene Griff sitzt lockerer auf der Stange und die Stange kann sich drehen, ohne dass sich der Griff bewegt. Mein Griff ist 10 cm lang und hat ein Lochdurchmesser von 12mm oder 14mm je nach Version. Ich hab den Griff mit ASA gedruckt. Der Griff wird um die Stange gelegt und mit vier M3*6 Schrauben verschraubt. Zuvor müssen in den einen Teil noch vier M3 Gewindeeinsätze eingeschmolzen werden.
