Mesh files are compatible with Schiit 6x9in devices using the old-style U-shaped chassis (e.g. Bifrost 1, Lyr 2) and Noctua NF-A14 fans (and probably any 140mm PC fan). Use one left part and one right part; both the fan brackets and the risers are the same height.
If your devices are running hot enough that you're motivated to print a fan bracket or riser, I'd recommend using high-heat PLA or another heat-resistant material; my Lyr 2 was hot enough that it'd have softened normal PLA.
The fan will extend below the bottom of the lower device by about a centimeter; you'll have to lift it off any surface by that far (mine's on top of an Aegir). Increasing the Spacing parameter enough will probably make the fan high enough to set the devices on a flat surface.
New-style chassis (e.g. Jotunheim, Lyr 3, Bifrost 2) have a 90 degree corner instead of a curve on the bottom front edge, which will interfere with the curve in these designs. You can probably make it compatible with the new single-bend chassis by modifying the .f3d versions to exclude the relevant edge from Fillet7 in the fan mount and Fillet10 in the riser, along with tweaking parameters as needed (SchiitFilletRadius, FootHeight, and SchiitDepth perhaps?).
120mm and other fan sizes can probably be accommodated by changing the HoleDistance to the center-to-center distance between the fan's mounting holes (measure the distance between inner edges, measure the hole diameter, and add the two).
The designs should be sufficiently parameterized to accommodate larger and smaller devices, too, as long as the device is deeper than the fan's edge length.
Even running the NF-A14 with 5V power, the Lyr 2 top surface temperature is reduced from 155°F to 90°F. No guarantees that this reduced temperature doesn't have a detrimental effect on sound – vacuum tubes have heaters on purpose, and the Bifrost reportedly sounds better after warming up for a while; but I haven't personally noticed any difference. On the plus side, the volume knob no longer burns my fingers!
