This tool is to help you start screws easier, straighter and safer. the tool keeps the screw in line so it doesn't wobble while you are starting the screw. The model is hinged so you just pull it free of the screw as the head of the screw gets close to it.
Print with .2 layer height or smaller and use at least 3 perimeters. after you take it off the print bed work the hinge open and close a couple of times until it moves easily. While I was designing and testing it I ran about 100 screws thought it, it was scratched up but still in good shape. There is also a single side version.
