I prefer the rectangular bit pockets over the hex pockets. 1x2 size for regular bits. The 2x2 container is for small 4mm bits ('ifixit size'). Then there is a 2x2 holder with a stair profile for longer (75/100mm) 1/4inch bits. The pockets in the 3 upper rows are deeper than the lower 3 rows.
