Hello all,
Introducing my purge and wipe all in one solution.
It was designed for voron 2.4 but I can't imagine why it couldn't be used on any printer that has 20x20 extrusions.
It uses heavy duty wypall pads to scrub the filament.
SCRUB PAD:
The pad is extremely durable, and I have used it for 100+ prints without having to replace the pad. The scrub pad was designed with a dovetail and utilizes gravity so that it's really easily removable when the pad needs replacement.
The pad has benefits over traditional brass/copper scrubs as the pads material hardness is less than metal so you won't scrap away your nozzle over time. It is also flat so it is clean.
Not this only cleans the tip. Please dont jam the nozzle deep into the pad.
PURGE BUCKET:
Also comes with a purge bucket. The bucket was inspired by the bambu wiper where is kinda boinks loose filament ooze and such.
GCODE: Keep in mind it uses positions associated with my printer, adjust accordingly. I BOLDED and ITALICS values to change.
