Fellow Stagg EKG Pro Custom Handle

Summary:

It is very important that this is printed in ABS or ASA for temperature resistance and getting a smooth finish quality. I would recommend either vapor smoothing the print in acetone or smoothing the layers progressively with a small paint brush. Leave ample time between blending coats for the part to re-harden. I have added a bolt inside the handle to mimick some of the original weight. The final weight is about half the original weight. This could be improved upon if people are interested I am happy to improve this.

About the parts:

• The lid has an M4 threaded insert.
• The handle is composed of three parts. The handle body an M10 x40mm Hex bolt and a cover that should be pressure fit and solvent welded on to the bottom to keep the screw in place.  Use supports when printing the handle.
• The cover over the knob is a tight fit and assuming your printer is calibrated should slip right on and hold itself in place without the need of double stick tape or glue.
