Drill Chuck Key Tab Repair Kit
I wanted to repair or replace the broken tab of an old drill of mine and designed this drill chuck key holder. It is easily printable using TPU and can be secured with a small cable tie - simply follow the instructions below.
NOTE:
The provided version is tailored for keys with dimensions shown in this picture (10 & 18 mm). I plan to also upload files for drill chuck keys with different dimensions. Send a message if you see this and I haven't done it yet, or if you need different diameters. Feel free to remix the model! 😊

| 2. Optional, if you know what you're doing: Cut the old tab. Be careful not to damage the cable insulation! |  |
| 3. Bend the tab around the cable and pull it through the slot. |  |
| 4. Fasten the tab and secure everything using a zip tie. Cut the end of the zip tie. |  |
| 5. Finished: You can now securely attach the drill chuck key onto your drill again 😎 |  |
