The clock tower of Graz is THE very prominent landmark that can be seen nearly from anywhere in the city since the 13th century (for more information check out Wikipedia or- even better- come and visit this beautiful place yourself). A special feature of this watch is that the hour hand is the large hand - which also makes a lot of sense, as it is more important to read the hour quickly.
Assembly Instructions
For a working clock, you need one of these cheap quartz movements.
Print the two hands in a golden filament and paint the counter arm of the pointer black.
Print the clock dial (a PDF is attached) on a regular printer and glue it onto a panel of soft wood used for fretsaw art. Drill a 8mm hole into the center to place the movement.
The hands are simply pressed onto the shafts.
