After testing a moza HB at a friend's house, I needed to make one for myself so I began working on this model.

This HB is especially great if you already changed your logitech brake pedal spring and kept the old one. Otherwise, you'll need to buy a similar sized spring.

For this print you'll need:

-a 7.9mm diameter metal rod (I took a scooter axle that fits through a skate bearing) that you'll cut in two pieces; one 40mm in length (that will go in the “base”), another one 30mm (his one in the "fork") and the last one 78mm (in the “top handle”)

-a micro switch (I had a honeywell laying around)

-a PCB from an old keyboard (you might need to move the “base” side screw holes depending on your PCB)

-a spring from a logitech brake pedal

-a small spring (I found it in my garage) that you will glue to the “sprend end” part (you will need to adjust the model depending on your spring size) and then, use lighter to heat the spring and push it into the “fork” end

-2x electric cables

-2x 16mm M5 screw w/ bolts (for the mid and bottom handle parts)

-2x 12mm M3 screws (for the PCB)

-2x 15mm M3 15mm (for the swich)

-6x 6mm in diameter by 1.5mm in height magnets

-a skate/scooter spacer

-and lastly, 2x fretsaw clamp (I had it some already at home so idk if it's exactly the same size, you might want to check that before printing)

---

For printing, I used PETG for every part. I printed the “base” and every part of the handle at 35% infill. for the “fork” I used 20% infill and 10% for the rest.

You'll need to stop two times the print at the right layer with the "handle bottom" for the skate spacer and the two M5 bolts.

Supports are needed.

You should print it the way it's already placed. It might look weird, but trust me on that one.

Looking at the pics should be good enough to understand how to build this handbrake but if you struggle putting it together, feel free to contact me.

I've been using it for a few weeks now and it's holding strong. Don't go ham on it tho, it is still a 3d print.

If you print this model, firstly thank you, and secondly tell me what you think of it. Would love some feedback :)
