I wanted to use a standard 5.5mm power plug for my Yeah Lamp shade instead of the standard USB plug. Unfortunately for me, but fortunate for everyone else I'm terrible with modifying .stl files - it just seems easier to redraw from scratch. So I redrew the entire model in Fusion and changed the USB plug port to accommodate a threaded 5.5mm power plug. The hole is just big enough for the threads to catch and make their own threads as they are screwed in. It holds great - not that you'll be pulling on the plug anyway.
I also increased the hole size for the counter weight bearings to accommodate ¼" sized bearings.
