There are plenty of models of these cutters out there using hobby knife blades, but I didn't find one based on utility knife blades. Uses standard two notch blades (~61mm x ~19mm). Sorry international community, don't know if these are standard outside the US.
Two versions included, one using M3 Heat Set Inserts (5mm x 4mm) and one using just M3 screws.
