The caddy holds (5) 1/4" OD insert tips and attaches to the unused strain relief holes. The intent was to match the aesthetic of the original release. The stl is in the proper print orientation.
The 17mm generic iron holder is just for those Irons that don't quite fit the 16mm or 18mm holders in the original release.
Use same print settings as the original Stealth Press release.
Update: Added 5.5mm insert holder.
