Intro

Designed for the Wicked Ridge Rampage XS Crossbow. Works with either the ACUdraw Crank or the Rope Sled cocking system. Prints in three pieces with only six screws needed, four to assemble the parts, and two to hang the mount on wall.

Parts

x1 BOW_MOUNT.obj - Printed in PETG at 20% infill, three perimeter walls, and no supports

x1 BOW_WING_LEFT.obj - Printed in PETG at 15% infill, two perimeter walls, and organic supports enabled on build plate only

x1 BOW_WING_LEFT.obj - Printed in PETG at 15% infill, two perimeter walls, and organic supports enabled on build plate only

x4 Wood Screws 0.4" Countersunk (10.16mm) - I used some brass screws I had on hand, but you could use larger ones, just predrill using the small holes as guides, and enlarge the countersunk with a razor, to prevent the screw heads from cracking the plastic when tightening them to flush

x2 Panhead screws - These will be used to fasten the mount to the wall, panhead is recommended to prevent the plastic from splitting if you accidently tighten them too much

Assembly

Clean off the supports from the bow_wing prints with a razor, then slide them in place on the bow_mount as seen in the images, then tighten the wood screws in place until they are flush with the back of the mount. If you have larger screws then pre drill the holes with a bit the same diameter as the screws and increase the chamfer of the holes with a razor so the new screws will sit flush. If the screws you have are longer, then cut them with a pliers or saw until the length of the thread is 0.4" (10.16mm) or about. I did not include any pilot holes for attaching the mount to the wall since everyone may vary in how they wish to do it, so you'll have to pre drill the holes yourself, or poke a hole using a soldering iron. Be sure to use a panhead or similar style screw to avoid splitting the plastic.

Conclusion

Designed in Fusion 360 with free Hobbyist licensing. Parts printed in OVERTURE Black PETG filament on My Prusa i3 Mk3.
