I built these for my Troybilt dual stage snow blower. They wear out and I'm sick of buying them every year. I would make them as strong as possible. I did 100% infill and 8 perimeters. and i used a PLA-CarbonFiber filament. and they are holding up so far. PETG might work good too or maybe ASA. You all need to try them and let me know how they work.
I also threw in the file I made for setting the blade height on a snow blower. Print 3 and place them under the blade to set the shoes to the correct height.
UPDATE!:
Usign PETG is way stronger. 4 walls with 100% infill is stronger as well.
Also added a Heavy Duty Version. I will update after I get to try it out.
