Xmas Tree Watering Indicator

Let's be honest, this is just a 20mm diameter ball. But it works! For those of you who have a decapitated live tree in your house at this time of year, you know you have to water it regularly. If it dries out just once, it will start dispensing dead foliage which ends up all over the house.

So the tree holder has a water reservoir of some kind. But it is in the dark, under the tree, and water is clear, so it is easy to miss when the water level is low.

So print this ball in a festive colour with your best watertight shell, three layers or more, with support. Hard on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. Float it on the water. If you can't see the ball, the tree needs watering. Simple.
