Use case:
A simple stress relief pendant to breath through as a replacement of a paper bag. Focusing on your breath allows your strained brain to relax in a stressful situation. Unlike the steel breathing straws that are available, plastic should not damage your teeth even if you bite strong.
A 4.2cm and 8cm variants are available. A single chain hole works, but if you thread the chain through both holes, the pendant will lay flat.
I have heard that people struggling with smoking abstinence use similar to satisfy the urge to hold a cigarette, which is why the dimensions of the longer variant are compatible with a cigarette.
Printing:
PLA, two walls, prints without a support. If you are having problems with adhesion, use a brim.
You can use nearly any other material. Smoothed ABS/ASA may be also nice.
I recommend setting the layer height to a lower value, such as 0.12mm, as it makes for a nicer surface for your lips. But someone may like the rough surface of 0.28, so adjust to your liking.
Cleaning:
A plastic straw is not as easy to clean thoroughly as a steel one. On the other hand, the inner tunnel has a super simple shape and should fit your cotton swab or a similar tool. If you want to use this one for a longer period of time, I recommend using a slightly temperature resistant material and washing it with warm water.
