I was unaware this had been done before. This takes it a bit further though and eliminates all heatset inserts.

I have had a dreadful time with heatset inserts pulling out of my Voron X Carriage.  Printer is Voron 2.4 REV C LDO kit with Voron Revo.  So I decided to modify toolhead parts to use square nuts instead of heatset inserts. I have been running a modified PA11 Nylon CF X carriage for about 6 weeks now with a few hundred hours printing and the square nuts seem to have resolved the issue. I did also print ABS versions but have not yet tested.
The square nuts are a tight fit in ABS, less so in PA11 Nylon CF. When pressing them in be sure to start them straight then use a flat surface to force them flush with the X carriage surface. You can then use a small flat head screwdriver to insert them to the correct depth. If you overshoot you can use a small alley key to correct.

Note : You will need to use M3x12mm SHCS to mount the CW2.

ESun Nylon CF was used to test the printhead mod.  You will need to have M600 configured on your printer and then add a M600 at layer 125 using your slicer (PS or SS).

When the printer pauses at layer 125 you can drop the square nuts in and then resume  the print.  Hint : If you use a magnetic probe like Klicky or Euclid etc then add a drop of superglue to the nut holes before dropping them in.  I discovered a square nut stuck on my Euclid probe on print completion on my first try!

The Euclid probe mount version of the X Carriage has the mount protruding by about 3mm.  This suits my setup which has taller LDO bed mount.  I use Voron2.4BedMountV3.stl from the Euclid repo as my probe dock.  Use M2x10 self tapping mm SHCS (likely surplus from V2.4 build) to secure the Euclid PCB to the mount.

Use standard Voron parts print settings.

Edit : PACF has creep issues.  Better to use ABS or PCCF
