To install PV roof hooks conveniently i designed this tool. It is very handy.
The intended purpose is that two of it lift nearby roof tiles of the one you want to work with. The second photo says it all i think.
It works very nice, better than anticipated.
Print it with a lot of perimeters to gain strength.
I used PLA with a 0.6 mm nozzle and the following parameters:
- 9 perimeters
- 0.45 mm layer thickness (to print fast, 0.6 mm nozzle needed for this!)
- 8 top solid layers
- 8 bottom solid layers
