I've uploaded another holder for a Steinberg sound device here. With this, the device can be mounted under a desk or a shelf. The ones I found were a bit shaky, and here is a more stable version. The height is 44.5mm. I tested it with a Steinberg UR44c, and it holds up very well under my desk.
You'll need at least 4 pieces of these and can attach them with one screw each. Please do not overtighten the screw. If necessary, you can add another holder at the back to prevent the device from being pushed backward, but it's stable enough for me as is.
