I did print the final version on Bambu X1C Rosa3D ASA filament. It fits nicely my petzl helmet and Ledlenser H7RCore head torch. I did fix it with 4mm screws and 3M AFT tape, holes in helmet custom drilled.
With ASA I did print it in vertical alignment due to warping on supports. That is actually the reason for forcing lots of supports. Horizontal setup results with the stronger part though.
