This plug fits the Bladebuilders series of toy lightsabers, and also the more recent Lightsaber Forge sabers.

To make this, you will also need a spring from a pen (3 to 4mm wide, 10-25mm long. BIC pen spring are too wide!) and two screws similar to the ones found in nerf guns (2mm wide, about 12mm long, plastic/wood thread).
Print both halves with their flat sides down, and use variable layer heights if you can to get a nicer finish on the top. Print the button facing up, in a different colour to the halves.
To assemble, put the button into the front half. Place your pen spring into the button. Bring the halves together so that the spring fits into the recess in the back half. Carefully squeeze the two halves together so that the spring doesn't escape. With a screwdriver in the other hand, put the two screws through the back half and into the front.
The four holes in the bottom fit short #1 Square wood screws quite nicely, or M3 bolts. When mounting the plug to something, use all four screws for a solid connection.
