A bolt action pen that uses a pilot G2, just needs the spring and cartridge from the pen, everything else is 3d printed. Depending on your tolerances the bolt part might need to be sized down or need a drop of glue to work with the block. I printed it with the pen body having supports inside and the tip of the pen pointing up.
