Thule Bike Stacker is a great rack, but works best with internally routed cables (or on top). This mount/holder is for bikes with bottom cable routing as it leaves enough of space for cables, zip ties, etc.
Pretty overcomplicated, but I wanted it to print and fit nicely, so I split it into two pieces. You will need three M4 square nuts and three M4 24 mm bolts.
