The original intent was as a Magic the Gathering life counter, but obviously it's for anything you want to track counting up or down from 1-40. One side has the numbers 1-20 the other 21-40. There is a triangle cutout to signify the current value.  No more seeking the next number on a d20.

It's meant to be print in place. I've included two stl, one with a 15μ spacing between the inner  disc and outer ring, the other has a 30μ tolerance. On my MK4, the 15μ works fine after wiggling the outer ring to loosen it up. The 30μ version shouldn't need much work to free it. I made a 40μ version, but didn't like how loose it felt.

I actually mostly design these with the symbol of the current MtG set when we have draft tournaments in my school club, where I print a positive of the numbers and the symbol in the middle with a second color. I may add the text positive as an additional file later.

I suggest printing the side you want nicest on the bottom, though ironing made the other side relatively smooth as well. YMMV.

I use a 0.4mm nozzle and 0.2mm layer height, with 100% infill to give it a solid feel and have a little more weight. A 0.2mm nozzle will likely make cleaner text at the cost of lots more time. PLA works well. PETG works gr5eat so long as you have the stringing under control, otherwise, it's more difficult to break free of the tolerance. I bet these would be excellent SLA candidates.

If you're using current Prusa Slicer, you could easily import your own svg to cut out the center then replace with a positive in another color, if you were interested.

I designed this using OpenSCAD.

Side note, once they get used a bit, they spin pretty freely and can easily be used as lower volume fidgets.
