I made these clamps to mount a Starlink that has been converted to a 12v Flat Mount from Unique Componentry into my Kitfox 5. I know this is a very specific item in a very specific aircraft but I figure someone might want to do the same. Should fit a series 5-7 Kitfox.
There are two front clamps and 2 rear, both are just mirrored versions of the same clamp. They utilize 2 M4x16 screws in each clamp (8 total) and a ¼-20 screw to attached the starlink (4 total). I printed these originally out of PETG-CF but reprinted in PC-CF for better heat resistance (the greenhouse effect on a hot day sitting out on the tarmac can create some pretty hot temps in the cockpit).
I also created some wire clips to hold the wire along the fuselage tube.
Support was needed for the larger clamps, I just manually painted it on the big overhangs, but just creating support off the bed only would suffice.
