Here is a simple set of Z axis calibration tools. Use the step(or gauge block) to set either 25 or 30mm base resting height of the Z axis rails when loose. Center the rails to the extrusion with the block and tighten. Attach the yokes to the rails and loosen the extrusion brackets to use the cone to center the yokes to the motor. Fine tuning can be accomplished after setting the bottom brackets in place and leaving the top loose for a dial indicator adjustment.
