I needed just a simple wall mount for my second sheet so I designed these absolutely under engineered and very simple slide in holders.
They fit both of my magnetic PEI sheets perfectly. The holders have a 0.9mm sized gap for the sheets. You can simple scale them to fit your needs.
I designed them to have a slightly bigger opening on the top so it's a bit easier to slide in the sheet.
I printed them with matte PLA and glued them to the container where my printer is sitting on using Tesa Powerbond double sided tape.
The holders were stiff enough to stay on the sheet while placing them, so it's very easy to place them for the correct sheet size (mine is 235x235mm).
Don't forget to add a mirrored copy of the model in your slicer because the sheets tend to fall out of just one holder.
In my special case the sheet was a bit wobbly so I just used magnets on top of the container to keep the sheet in place while the printer is shaking the heck out of the cointainer (I cut two pieced of magnetic mat for print beds which come with most magnetic beds).
Oh, and don't mind the dirty sorroundings on the photo, it's looking way better on the photo than it's actually is.
