While I'm designing something numerous times I need a quick example of how thick something will be so I made up a set of 8 “ feeler ” gauges from 1mm - 5mm.
Sizes are: 1mm - 1.5mm - 2.0mm - 2.5mm - 3.0mm - 3.5mm - 4.0mm - 5.0mm
I made a little box to keep them organized and handy on my desk.
While printing with generic PLA the gauges were done at “ 0.15mm Quality ” with ironing activated. The accuracy turned out to be within - .02mm to -.03mm.
The storage box was printed @ 0.20mm speed
