My son loves Lego, especially Star Wars mini figures. And small capes are often get lost or damaged beyond repair. So, I made him couple of replacement capes :) This model is meant to be printed from TPU and thickness is 0.8mm (I tried with 0.6mm thickness and it did not work on me). I am printing it without brim, using 80A type of TPU with 0.4mm first layer and 0.2mm - two next layers.
After printing one small scissors cut is required (true Lego fans know how to cut it!) - from the top hemicircle to the center inner circle:
