Recently I have been fascinated by screws in fusion 360 so I tried designing my own and had the idea to isolate the movements and that's what I did, you will need to assemble the pen yourself as it is not print in place, first connect the rotation part to the main shaft it will feel like its not entering but just twist it until a click sounds and rotate it, the more you rotate the smoother it becomes, next place the middle shaft in the main shaft you'll have to rotate it a bit to be able to put it in, when its in you'll see that's its working now there's only one last step which is the cap which goes where you put the middle shaft in, and there you have it a fully functional twisting pen.
I suggest you print the middle shaft separately since you can put a brim on it that way and it's more stable.
