I bought a clip on lamp holder to give me light around my workstation in the garage, but found that when it was switched on, it was too bright in my peripheral vision. I designed a simple lampshade to allow me to direct the light in the direcion of the work area and stop it from dazzling me. I'm using an LED bulb which means that it doesn't get too hot to affect the integrity of the shade.
This is threaded and will fit a standard UK pendant. I used a fairly coarse layer height (.25mm from memory) and low number of walls in PLA, the results of which can be seen in the photo, but it serves the purpose for which I need it. I printed with a brim (wide end on the bed) and no supports and it printed well, screwing easily onto the threads of the pendant.
