There's been so much frustration getting my stupid HSW and accessories printed. You either have very tight tolerances, sometimes not even fitting, or you have to resize the inserts in the X and Y to 99%. But that means that other models might not fit your inserts. And your inserts might not fit the actual wall plates.
So I made these from scratch so that the actual insert part is size adjusted. The innermost hex (the hollow bit) is still the original size, so any “peg” type attachments will still fit. The outer part of the insert is adjusted about .2mm so that it will fit into the wall plates easier. And it only has 2 tabs per insert. The 4 piece inserts will have 2 tabs per insert, so 8 tabs total.
I've also included the Fusion 360 file so you can redesign to your hearts content.
***Update***
V1 was just a little too small on the outer measurement. I added .23mm to v2. The files have been updated.

These are with a .6mm nozzle, ymmv:
PETG
Layer Height: .3
Layer Width: .62
Precise Wall: on (if you have it)
Order of print: Inner, Outer, Infill
Wall Generator: Classic (Arachne seems to mess with the line order)
