This is a compact box that holds and protects up to 3 condoms so you can safely carry them with you in your bag.
The 2mm thick structural sides and edges of the box make sure the contents cant get squished, the front and back have 1mm thick sections to make sure nothing can puncture the contents while also creating grip surfaces, slightly decreasing the total volume take up by it and lightening the item.
This model was made for condoms with a wrapper size of 58mm x 64mm (Ritex XXL)
I made it after having a conversation with a friend, he told me he was keeping a condom in his wallet, just in case. I laughed, not believing him at first, he proceeded to pull his wallet out his back pocket, showing me he indeed was sitting on a condom previously.
Naturally, there is multiple issues with that, mainly that the condom may be damaged by sitting on it or being punctured, but also it potentially going through tons of thermocycles and, of course, the issue that it is just one.
What are you gonna do with just one?
Most models I found on Thingieverse either had a less than ideal design and or only had space for two or even just one, so I came up with my own design. The cap stays on by two springy tabs that lock into cutouts on the body. These tabs are integral to the cap. The tabs are protected by the curved sides of the lid.
