The original MK3S+ Y-rod holder is quite impractical if you want to remove the rods from time to time for maintenance.
This is a remix of the original .stl so the top can be taken off. On my printer I just replaced the front two holders and kept the ones on the back.
Every holder takes four M3 square nuts and two M3x10 screws. If you can retrieve the nuts from the original holder you just need one additional nut and screw, which you should find in the spare bag of the prusa kit.
I printed in PETG @0.2mm layer height.
