This is a classical three arm hand fidget, modified to be held by only the forefinger.

I was curious if a fidget would have less friction without the bearings (as provided by a previous design). This design simply uses a v shape to keep the inner and ourter races together. It seems to have lower friction than the bearing deign which has a couple of minor rough spots that need smoothing.
I freed up the print fairly easily by placing two arms in a vice, and bending the third arm a few degrees. The pleasant sound of a crack indicated that the two parts separated.
I used three standard 3/8” nuts to add some mass and momentum to the arms. They slip fit into the openings, so need to be glued.
